breathwork is an active meditation. we can use breathwork to move energies in our bodies, and to improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can reduce stress, boost focus, and promote relaxation. we will be working primarily with a three part pranayama breath.

1:1 work
when you’re ready to do solo guided work outside of group/class work, we can schedule out some time to work 1:1. conveniences include breathing in your own space, ease and flexibility in scheduling, and in-depth personalized coaching. working 1:1 can be a great way to ease into breathwork, tailor and accommodate your experience, dive deeper, complement group work, or to move through specific experiences. our 1:1 work will follow the same tri-tiered pricing scale as pet death doulaship bookings - $90 true rate, $100 generosity rate, and $65 accessibility rate. solo sessions will be about an hour, and can be held virtually if you’re not in the kcmo area! can’t wait to support you.
